【2/20前可免費申請】FFN Orthogeriatric Certification - opportunity to participate
對FFN 的Orthogeriatric Certification有興趣的醫院,若在2/20前向FFN提出申請,無需費用。(請參見附檔)
Dear FFN Colleague
FFN has developed an Orthogeriatric Certification program which has been piloted at a number of sites across the globe.
We have had significant interest and are pleased to confirm that the Program is now open to new site. Although there will eventually be a cost to sites to apply for this certification, we are able to offer it to sites who apply before Feb 20th at NO COST, as long as they commit to completing it before the end of April 2026. As a National FFN we would like to formally invite organization within your country to participate. It is currently only available in English however will be translated into other languages in the future.
Participation provides access to:
-
A structured, online self-assessment aligned with international best practice standards for fragility fracture and orthogeriatric care
-
Expert review and evaluation by the FFN review team
-
Constructive feedback to support benchmarking, quality improvement, and service development
-
Recognition of how your orthogeriatric service aligns with best practices
-
Suggestions, access to and resources/tools and mentorship to help improve the areas where you would like to improve
As we continue to develop this program, we are looking to work with sites in regions around the globe who are both familiar with providing orthogeriatric care and those who are considering it and want to understand how to implement an effective program. There are always opportunities to improve patient care and FFN looks forward to helping sites address their local challenges.
We have attached a manual, which provides information about the program. If you are still interested in participating, let us know by responding to this email and we will provide you with the links to the relevant documents.
We look forward to working with you to improve care for patients.
Kind regards,
Rhona McGlasson
